PT Intiland Development Tbk has successfully completed the construction of Graha Golf Apartment. Intiland’s vice president director and chief operating officer, SInarto Dharmawan, explained that the topping off ceremony marked an important stage in the project’s development process. The company is now preparing to start the next phase of the development, which is the completion of the architectural work that includes the development of the facade and the interior.
“Topping off ceremony has become the important momentum to foster public confidence when the property market is not condusive, however the development of Graha Golf project is still running” Sinarto said after the topping off ceremony.

The company has sold 86% of the total units of Tower Arion and Tower Alexa. The project is scheduled to complete in the end of 2019, followed by the handover to the owners.
