Intiland has taken the important phase In the apartment development project, Graha Golf, inside Graha Famili residence, Surabaya. The construction started following the company’s appointment of the main contractor, PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdipersada.
PT Jagat Kontraktor Abdipersada is an experienced contractor since 1990 with their highrise building project such as The Spring Lake at Serpong, Amaris Hotel Jakarta, Foresta Signature and many more.
Intiland vice president and chief operating officer Sinarto Dharmawan revealed that the construction of the foundation has completed. The company will soon commence the construction of the building’s structure.
“As located in Graha Famili exclusive residential complex in Surabaya, Graha Golf is being developed in phases. Graha Golf carries the consept and theme of golf course, this is one of the added values of living in Graha Golf”, Sinarto explained.
Occupying an area of 2,8 hectares, the project comprising five towers and the supporting retail facilities. The first phase of development consist of two towers with 23 floors for each tower.
“There is no problem with soil contours and the system. Everything went well.”
